Frequently asked questions
Does upscaling add real detail?
No: no classic rescaling does, and we prefer saying it to faking it. The image gets larger and smooth, with moderately recovered sharpness.
What about AI upscaling?
It is on our roadmap with an open model running in your browser; we will ship it when the result is worthy.
Any size limit?
Output is capped at ~8000 px per side to protect browser memory.
