Frequently asked questions
Will it look the same as in PowerPoint?
Very close: same slide size, same positions and the same line breaks. Fonts are replaced by the standard PDF ones (Helvetica, Times, Courier), so the letters are not identical.
What about animations and transitions?
A PDF has none: each slide appears in its final state, just like printing from PowerPoint.
Are charts included?
Yes, they are redrawn from their data: column, bar, stacked, line, area and pie charts, with their axes, gridlines and legend. SmartArt and embedded objects are not yet.
And the speaker notes?
They are not included: the PDF carries the slides, not the notes view.
Is my presentation uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser, start to finish.
