Frequently asked questions

Does it detect edges automatically?

No, on purpose: you adjust the corners by hand in two seconds and the result is predictable. We prefer that to auto-detection that fails half the time.

Can I scan several pages into one PDF?

Yes: capture or upload as many pages as you want; each one is cropped and enhanced separately, then merged into a single PDF.

What does each enhancement mode do?

Enhance stretches contrast (whiter paper, sharper ink) keeping color; B/W converts to pure photocopy-style black and white, ideal for text.

Why does the browser ask for camera permission?

The camera is only used while you capture and the video never leaves your device. You can also upload photos taken with your camera app instead.
